Well lots. You can decide to have a special framework or assignment that may follow the value chain below!

Engage - Find out from your customer how they have enjoyed the journey so far! and any improvements that can be made to your service!

Respond - Genuinely take their feedback into consideration when improving on your service delivery

Ask for feedback - A  response from the client on how any improvements have reflected would make the client feel very appreciated!

Notice and spot light - Yes! take the spot light back to your employees putting in the effort to make your clients happy.  Because your employees are also your internal customers and making them feel appreciated is a ripple effect to even greater customer service from them
