Hi Guys! I'm coming again for the Lagos University Teaching Hospital! Now the receptionists here that manage the patient files get a flying A for horrendous service!!! I would have thought I am now quite used to the unrelenting rude services offered by service providers in Nigeria but this really took the biscuit.. There I was requesting for my file, when I was abruptly cut shut and told to take a seat topped up with a HISS! The receptionist was so offensive from the word go that it took everything in me not to engage in a fist fight! It's so unbelievable that these people display zero human emotions and empathy more so that they are working in the business of saving lives! The negativity has run so deep that consultants and senior staff do not even care to correct them when they are rude.. Its truly deeply saddening and I really do wonder if the customer service culture in Nigeria will ever change!!
