Finally! an organization that checkmates drivers in Nigeria and stops them from yelling, cursing and swearing at the clients paying for a service Had to report a driver to UBER over shockingly bad service which I think he was probably used to giving to clients until UBER came by It got me thinking.. Why does it have to be a foreign company that maintains and instills good customer service! Why are Nigerians such gracious and hospitable people yet quite horrid in customer service ethics! Hmm food for thought there!
