The Customer In Naija

Finally! an organization that checkmates drivers in Nigeria and stops them from yelling, cursing and swearing at the clients paying for a service Had to report a driver to UBER over shockingly bad service which I think he was probably used to giving to clients until UBER came by It got me thinking.. Why does it have to be a foreign company that maintains and instills good customer service! Why are Nigerians such gracious and hospitable people yet quite horrid in customer service ethics! Hmm food for thought there!

Halo! Halo! It's customer service week! So take out this special week to show customers you care.. Balloons in the banking hall way, extra new chocolates at the Help desk or customized gift items to show you love and appreciate them.. perhaps a freebie add on with a service or product! Whatever it is, your customers are sure to notice and will appreciate the effort, spread the word and draw more clients to you! Works every time!!! So lets all make the effort.. Employer or employee Happy Customer Service week!!!

Hi guys! Now today I'm going to be talking about my experience at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital. To be honest and without mincing words, lol! LUTH is in serious need of the rehabilitation of its hospital equipment and services! Toilets, Waiting times.. You name it! I'm exasperated just thinking of it! gosh! Anyways on a good note, they have got the most brilliant doctors you can think of left in Nigeria and they are so underappreciated.. :( sad face Come on LUTH Management! Rise up and work with the government to look for a permanent solution to all the set backs and return glory to the LUTH of the old old days! or so i keep hearing from the senior citizens!!! and quote "It was never like this in the old days Rachael "

Yes we did go AWOL! Is happy new years too late! lol! But guess what, we have been expanding our horizons and we're back staying ever relentless in discussing the way forward in excellent customer service I'll be sharing my customer service experiences and maybe you can tell me yours too!
