Keep both eyes open and stay alert with petrol attendants!

Get in here people! Imagine my utmost dismay to note an attendant at the petrol station may have cheated me of about N4000 How it happened? I had asked him to fill my keg with fuel of N4000 and continue with a full tank of gas in my car After he had filled up the keg, he started some small talk which got me distracted and then he claimed he started filling my car from point 0?!!! and did not continue from the N4000 sold into the Keg prior! I was so annoyed and thought to call his manager but knowing these attendants and drama , I just though to myself , well if he really truly cheated me, ill leave it to Karma with the lesson of knowing better and being more watchful with attendants next time Honestly Sapa is bringing the worst out of some so be careful out there guys and honestly I will make it a point to see a Manager when next I'm there as they could or could not be aware of such sharp practices from their staff! Have a good one u'all!

Wowed by the great service!

Let me start by saying it's pretty rare to get wowed by great service on this side of the planet so I was pretty chuffed by my experience at Hartley's supermarket on the island. I actually bought my favorite yogurt and didn't realize the cap wasn't sealed until after I had left the building. Now it was my word against theirs guys but surprisingly I went back to return it and was allowed to take another! Great ! What's better than a customer feeling the trust and appreciation from you! Nice job 👌

In these times

Hello beautiful people In these times I will not be talking customer service besides the fact that I hope we all had a near perfect customer service week (Oct 5th to Oct 9th) and   I do hope your customers felt your love and care In these times, we are reminded that united we stand, divided we fall. We are witnessing a historical moment in time where the beautiful people of Nigeria have decided to air their wants and needs to the government Businesses have been affected and there have been roadblocks and curfews We hope and pray that it all ends well for the better good for the Nigerian people  Stay safe and God bless Nigeria!

Wahala Dey

Hi guys.. I just couldn't think of a more apt word to describe a business owner actually slamming the door of business opportunities right in their own face. Let me explain..I was at the local fish market in surulere and it was raining cats and dogs And you know what happens when it rains in local markets.. It was a real mess and the floods were ankle high. And there was this fishmonger apparently and intentionally blocking off the only way commuters could pass without having to deep their ankles in the messy water! She was hell bent that was her space and no one could pass. I found that really sad and thought to myself. But after the rain comes the sunshine and she would magically want all and sundry to patronize her even after the unbelievably shabby treatment she meted to prospective customers at the time when they needed kindness shown to them Lesson here: people never forget the way they were treated and this applies to all scales of business big or small.. Lets learn peop...
