In these times

Hello beautiful people In these times I will not be talking customer service besides the fact that I hope we all had a near perfect customer service week (Oct 5th to Oct 9th) and   I do hope your customers felt your love and care In these times, we are reminded that united we stand, divided we fall. We are witnessing a historical moment in time where the beautiful people of Nigeria have decided to air their wants and needs to the government Businesses have been affected and there have been roadblocks and curfews We hope and pray that it all ends well for the better good for the Nigerian people  Stay safe and God bless Nigeria!

But after the rain comes the sunshine and she would magically want all and sundry to patronize her even after the unbelievably shabby treatment she meted to prospective customers at the time when they needed kindness shown to them Lesson here: people never forget the way they were treated and this applies to all scales of business big or small.. Lets learn peop...
