The Lock down Blues

Hi People.. No one saw it coming.. But here we are.. week on week stuck at home, working remotely and limited at least physically to explore and conquer the beautiful wide world.. aww.. It's not all bad.. I have personally used the time off to ganier some skills I believe add value to my career as a customer service and people manager enthusiast!

I'm here today to show you websites where you can get some free and paid for training in customer services and CRM

1. Hubspot
HubSpot News
Hubspot has loads of free courses in Inbound Marketing, sales and customer service. You even get badges and certificates that attest to your learnings!

2. Udemy

Online Courses - Learn Anything, On Your Schedule | Udemy
At Udemy, You can learn almost any topic under the sun including courses in Customer services. My top picks are topics around business coaching and strategy. Courses here most times are offered at a fee but you do get many slashed prices, saving you quite a lot of pocket money

3. AllisonAlison Brand Guidelines – Logo Artwork and Presentation | Alison

Allison offers many free courses including courses in Customer service excellence. Although I am a bit wary of their site as they encourage a lot of ads which makes reading and studying quite difficult when you are struggling with pop ups! But hey, that's just me..

So there you are.. lots to keep you busy over the lockdown and remember stay healthy mentally and physically. Stay connected with work peeps and family and stay blessed! We are all gonna beat this.. Amen and much Love #wewillendcovid

For professionals working in relationship management, sales and customer services, we get the displeased client now and then that want their issues resolved here and now! Because guess what, your client is not separating you from the entity you work for. Your Client is angry with the company you work for and not you directly. I know it can be hard to not let the insults and curses rub you the wrong way, but with practice and patience, you'll be able to remain cool while doing your best to convince your client that issues will be resolved in the most professional manner Steps to help you stay calm and professional Keep your cool Listen attentively and don'...
