A flair for customer service

Hi People!

I was gobsmacked the other day to see that it doesn't take a graduate or some one literate to understand the concept of customer services

What am i talking about.. Well I bought some oranges from a local mallam and one ended up being bad

As the mallam was stationed on my street, as I walked past the next day, I let him know one of the oranges was bad..

He apologised and would you believe it.. Gave me two more.. ensuring they had to be good by doing the good ol squeeze test

Needless to say I was shocked, impressed and had a big smile within

The lesson: Listen to your customer, Value your Customer.

This helps you keep your customer 😀

Have a great weekend folks and remain customer focused!

I know it can be hard to not let the insults and curses rub you the wrong way, but with practice and patience, you'll be able to remain cool while doing your best to convince your client that issues will be resolved in the most professional manner Steps to help you stay calm and professional Keep your cool Listen attentively and don'...
