Hello everyone! Merry Christmas and Happy new year from The Customer in Naija Blog!

Yes we all know its a drag trying to crack up a smile in the recent ongoing fuel crisis(hmm.. I'm sensing a theme here as it was same last year!) but we still have many things to be thankful for. Many battles won and milestones reached!

So if you are stuck at home with no fuel to take you in your Car frolicking, may be you should try switch it up this year.. movies indoors with family/ friends or visit a bar quite close to home

Come on guys! Nothing is going to spoil our festive season celebrations!!

Hiya Guys and happy new month and for some of us It's National Girlfriend's Day! Today we are going to be talking about managing the angry, down right rude client! For professionals working in relationship management, sales and customer services, we get the displeased client now and then that want their issues resolved here and now!
