GOING THE EXTRA MILE!

We hear it all the time folks! But what does it really mean.. I'll narrate an experience :)
My family regularly buys water from a truck distributor and while driving to work the other day, the truck owner was so brusque and outlandish to me that I had to wonder:

1. Doesn't he care he is being rude to a regular customer?

He clearly didn't know the meaning of "the little things" that keep customers your advocates..

Lesson of the day?.. Always remember customer service is that extra mile to be kind to your clients even when you aren't trying to sell!
