This week from October 7th to October 11th, organisations will be showcasing there commitment to exceeding customers expectations and delivering outstanding service!

I got my own good feel factor on a visit to Stanbic Ibtc Bank with balloons and all on show!

I think its great that organizations can take a week out to appreciate Customers.

After all they are the reason we exist as organizations!

Hiya Guys and happy new month and for some of us It's National Girlfriend's Day! Today we are going to be talking about managing the angry, down right rude client! For professionals working in relationship management, sales and customer services, we get the displeased client now and then that want their issues resolved here and now! They scream, they curse, all at the top of their voices, unapologetically may I add First of all, Note to self.. DON'T TAKE IT PERSONAL!
